With gratitude and affection, our congregation shares the news that our preschool director will be concluding her time of service with us. While farewells are never easy, they also give us an opportunity to pause, give thanks, and reflect on the many ways God has worked through faithful service.
Preschool ministry is holy work. Day after day, our director has cared for young children during some of their earliest experiences outside the home—helping them learn, grow, play, and feel safe. Through songs, stories, routines, and patient guidance, she has helped lay foundations not only for learning, but for trust, kindness, and joy.
In a church preschool, this work is more than education. It is an extension of the Church’s care for families and a quiet but powerful witness to Christ’s love for little children.
Over the years, countless children have passed through our preschool classrooms, each known by name and welcomed with warmth. Families have been supported, encouraged, and served with professionalism and compassion. Staff members and teachers have benefited from steady leadership, thoughtful organization, and a genuine concern for both excellence and grace.
These blessings often happen quietly, in ordinary days filled with crayons, snacks, prayers, and goodbyes at the door. Yet they are no less significant in the life of the congregation.
We give thanks to God for the time our preschool director has shared her gifts with this ministry. Her dedication, patience, and care have borne fruit that will continue long after this chapter closes. We trust that the Lord, who calls people to serve in many seasons and places, will continue to guide her steps and bless her future endeavors.
As we say farewell, we also look ahead with confidence. God remains faithful to His Church, and He will continue to provide for our preschool, our families, and our staff. In the coming weeks, information will be shared regarding next steps as we plan for the future of this ministry.
We send our preschool director forth with sincere thanks, warm memories, and prayers for God’s continued grace. May the Lord bless her and keep her, grant her joy in her work, and surround her with His peace.
Though this season of service has come to an end, we rejoice in all that God has accomplished through it—and we commend the future to His good and gracious care.
